Year 1 have spent the day learning about how to lead a healthy lifestyle! All the children had a lot of information they could share and impressed the team that came in to work with them.
The sessions focused on four important parts of a healthy lifestyle; eat well, drink well, move well and sleep well. The children were able to show what a healthy plate of food would look like and why it is healthy. They also explained about healthy drinks and how many cups of water we must try to drink a day...
