British Values
As part of our curriculum, we are dedicated to teaching British Values to the children. We believe that understanding these values is essential in preparing the children to be responsible and active members of society.
To make the learning experience engaging and memorable, we have introduced a fun and interactive approach. We are teaching the children to retrieve each British Value by saying a phrase and performing an action that represents the value. This approach helps to reinforce the values in a way that is easy for the children to remember.
We have filmed some of the staff demonstrating these phrases and actions, and the video has been shared on Class Dojo.
Teaching British Values is an integral part of developing well-rounded individuals who respect diversity, uphold democracy, abide by the rule of law, and exhibit tolerance and mutual respect. These values provide a foundation for our students to enable them to be responsible.
