Year 1 - Castle Making Day

Year 1 had a fantastic day on Thursday making castles with Mr Smith. We even made a working drawbridge which opened and closed!
Thank you to all the grown ups that came and helped us with the castles, don't worry if you were unable to make it as there will be things to do with castles in the children's 'My Star Book' this week to work on at home.
The adults in Year 1 would like to say a huge well done to the children for being so well behaved and sensible on our very busy DT day!
