Trip to Boundary Farm
This afternoon some of the children from Year 1 and 2 went on a trip to Boundary Farm in Sapcote.
The trip is part of the work we are doing to help us achieve our Gold, Food For Life award.
The farmers, Richard and Rachel, showed the children around the farm and explained how they look after the animals.
The children were able to collect eggs and also bring a pumpkin back to school.
The children will now do an assembly so that they can tell the rest of the school what they have learnt.
A big 'Thank You' goes to Richard and Rachel for giving up their time to spend with us. We had a very fun and informative afternoon!
