Some children from the Year 2 Eco-Warriors went to the Caterpillar site in Desford for the 6th annual Neovia Eco Awards. We presented to some other schools about what we did as Eco-Warriors at Westfield Infant School.
The children then got to see some Caterpillar machinery, complete a fire safety quiz and met Dave, a man who has lived in different rainforests.
Everyone behaved wonderfully and had a fantastic day out! The children also received a goodie bag of treats to take home.
Well done everyone! You have made both myself and Mrs Singleton very proud!
