Latest Pondicherry News

We have recently heard from Sister Rose sharing news that the much improved toilet blocks are now in use and telling us how much the girls appreciate them. The staff who have visited St Mathias School can fully appreciate what a fantastic improvement they are and you will just have to believe us but they are LUXURY compared to the previous facilities.

You will also see that the new ICT equipment is being put to good use and both the staff and the pupils are very happy with the much improved teaching and learning opportunities this offers.

Andrew Childs will be travelling back to India next weekend and everyone at Westfield Infant School sends our best wishes to him. Once he has settled back into life in Pondicherry we look forward to receiving further updates about how the girls are getting on with their studies and we have also asked Andrew to meet Sister Rose and discuss how we can support the school in the next project to improve the resources.
