Hinckley Parks Football Tournament
Today, some children from Westfield Infant School attended Hinckley Parks Primary School for a football competition. The excitement was building as the bus left after lunch.
The children found out their teams and who their teammates were going to be. Soon the discussion on who was going to play in which position started. The first matches kicked off at 1:40pm and both teams played 6 matches against local schools (KS1).
The children enjoyed the competition and experienced winning, losing and drawing. Luckily the weather stayed dry, perfect footballing conditions. Furthermore the children got to wear the brand new Westfield Infant School Football kit, which looked very smart!
