Class 11's Class Assembly
Today Class 11 shared their class assembly with the rest of the school and their adults from home.
It was a fantastic assembly about Diwali and the children showcased their reading, acting and PE skills.
Some children read an acrostic poem.
Divas in windows
Indian religion of Hinduism
Welcoming Lakshmi into clean houses
Always giving to others
Lights everywhere
Inviting Gods into colourful homes.
Then some children acted out the story of Rama and Sita. They listened to the story so well and remembered their parts too!
The facts read out by some other children was very interesting. Was there anything you did not know before?
Miss Ellis, Mrs Guest and Mrs Smith are all very proud of you for a great class assembly. Well done Class 11!
