Class 2 Assembly - Artists
Today Class 2 told us all about the artists they have been learning about. We were shown some beautiful artwork inspired by Van Gogh, Mondrian and Lowry and some of the children told us about it and why they liked it.
Miss Ellis then told us the a story about a little girl called Katy who visited an art gallery with her Grandma. Lots of magical things happened in the art gallery. Can you remember what it was?
Class 2 finished the assembly by singing one of Mrs MacLauchlan's favourite songs. It even had a special extra verse all about sunflowers.
Well done Class 2! Fantastic speaking, acting, singing and art work. What a great assembly.
