Theatre Trip to the Curve to see

The Smeds and The Smoos

Today we went on a coach to Leicester to the Curve theatre to see an adaption of Julia Donaldson’s The Smeds and the Smoos.

It was a fantastic performance and we enjoyed joining in by pretending to swim and dance.

There were lots of great songs and we also liked how the props turned into different things during the performance.

Some children said what they liked about the show:

‘I liked being squirted by the water’

‘I liked jumping up and down and clapping to the beat’

‘I liked the end because we got to sing in the song.’

‘I liked it when they got trapped in the slime’

‘I liked the bit when they were going to find Bill and Janet at the different planets’.
