Class 8 Assembly - Castles
In their class assembly on "Knights and Castles", Class 8 shared some of the exciting things they had been doing during their topic this half term. They have learnt a lot of interesting information about castles and the lives of the people who lived in them and they shared this with the rest of the school. The children performed a play, "Herb, the Vegetarian Dragon", dressing as Medieval characters and acting brilliantly! Also a group of children from Class 8 performed a Medieval dance they had planned themselves, accompanied by a group of musicians. The assembly ended with a song all about the people who lived in a castle. They really enjoyed sharing their learning and performing for their adults and friends. Well done, Class 8!
